A Unique View Of Food & Fitness; Never Have To Resolve To Get Healthy Again. Break The Pattern Of Bad Habits And Poor Health

Each New Year the words “health” and “fitness” surrounds us; from printed ads to endless commercials offering the body we have always wanted.  Frustrated by the weight we’ve managed to put on from indulging in pecan pies, casseroles and many comforting, seasonal treats we search for yet another solution for the year.  For ten dollars a month I can get in shape lose the weight and be ready for that summer in 3 months.  Gyms are practically giving away memberships, taking advantage of the seasonal trend and getting tons of people in the door.
