<p>Once you have completed the cruise phase you will start the consolidation phase which allows you to add bread and fruit.</p>

<p>Food is good, we all need to eat&#8230; the body needs to be nourished in order to maintain good health. The question we are asking here, is&#8230;. what do you eat and when do you eat it?</p>
<p><strong>We Live in a Food Oriented Society</strong> We live in a society where we celebrate all occasions with food.</p>
