37th instalment in the Food project series
I decided to prepare a vegetarian Korean combo. A miso soup, a couple vegetable dumplings (veggie mandoo) with a vegetarian bibimbap. My bibimbap consisted of rice, tofu strips cooked in teriyaki sauce, carrot, cucumber, mushroom, onion topped with seaweed (nori).

Food project 40 – Granola fruit yogurt breakfast

40th instalment in the Food project series
A breakfast granola, fruit and yogurt mix. Fruits: pear, banana and blackberry. Accompanied by orange juice. The yogurt is of a very thick, rich, creamy and tasty 8% kind. Maximum yum.
