Have you ever wanted to become a model and have a fitness model body to die for? Having a sleek and gorgeous body is the dream of many women and men. There are talent scouts looking for the next top model, whose smile and presence will pay well and encourage others to live better.

The fact is that millions of people who desire to be a model, don’t have a solid plan or the discipline to give it what it takes. There are all kinds of shortcuts including weight loss pills of almost every color and size that promise to burn fat, and have you in tip top form in days. That’s nonsense – and if you start buying them, you will have exactly that – no cents left.

Whether you become a model or not, having a sleek figure is worth pursuing. A healthy way to get a fitness model body is to eat natural foods in the right portions and combinations. Many top models eat sparingly to reach a specific size. If you want to be a fitness model, you need to build an eating program that you can enjoy while it helps you get leaner. Second, when you find natural foods that helps you control calories automatically, you have a real winner.

The four foods groups that top body builders swear by offer a variety of choices to put the fun of eating in and take the boredom out. Those top natural food categories include lean protein, fruits, starchy and whole grains, and vegetables. You can build up a delicious menu from a number of choices that will increase your eating pleasure and get rid of a boring diet.

For example, you may make a light lunch of salmon, mashed yams, a spinach salad and an apple. That not only sounds tasty, it is tasty! By rotating among ten or so different natural foods, you can add variety to your diet and get the fitness model body that you will have the zest to enjoy.

Keeping balance in our nutrition as well as eating unprocessed foods is the secret to losing body fat . Foods that are heavily processed are what normally turn our metabolisms upside down. Almost all foods in their natural unprocessed state will be good for us. Of course there are some exceptions.

Here some important aspects of nutrition that we need to consider that will certainly help us lose body fat and maintain lean bodies on the long run.

1. We should eat good quality proteins daily- not only does it have a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat , protein helps to keep of hunger for longer periods.. Protein is a very important factor in building lean muscle… The amount of lean muscle that carry determines how well we can control our metabolism

2. Eat Fibers. The carbohydrates that eat daily should be from higher fiber sources like fruits, vegetables and quite important, unrefined, high fiber grains. Refined and processed grains are make it difficult for people to control their body fat. Refined sugars should be avoided. Fiber should make up about 20-30% per every 10grams of total carbohydrates. The benefits of fibers are: Fibers fill one up while slowing down the glycemic response of the foods that we consume which is an important factor in becoming lean.

3. Why we should eat fat:There is a misconception about fat and this one of the reasons why some peoplevmay have very low fat intake which has an adverse effect on hormone levels in our bodies, this often leads to higher cravings. Some good sources of fat are: Nut butters, olive oil, organic meats and eggs avocados and coconut oil. Healthy fat should also be part of our daily intake.

4. There are two things we should avoid at all costs: hydrogenated oils that we find in most deep fried and processed foods as well artificial trans fats in margarines fructose corn syrup found in almost all sweetened products that we can buy

So, if we can stay away from processed foods we’ll automatically find it easy to avoid the two worst things in our food supply.

I firmly believe that once we can control the above points it becomes a lot easier to gain control over our appetite, hormone and sugar levels. We can then determine how fast we lose body fat and how lean we will want to get.

To get maximum benefit from the above nutrition factors you can accelerate your efforts to get your weight problems under control and getting the body of your desire with an effective fitness program.

From my own experience, you need not do excessive exercise to get results. In fact sometimes less is a lot better. Instead of going for slow cardio exercises I would suggest, and I telling this from my own experiments, go for less time consuming, but intense exercises that involve all body parts.

By doing intense full body workouts, i.e. involving all the major joints in your body you can speed up your metabolism far easier to start the fat burning process. I hope this will motivate you to start losing body fat fast.

You noticed you put on a few pounds, and decided you need to do something about it. Well it’s time to get off the couch, put the remote down, and get started on a fitness program. The first question that comes to mind is where to start?

Before you start a fitness program of any sort, you should really go see your Doctor and get cleared to start a program. You made a good choice to start a program but start by seeing a doctor first.

Benefits of a Fitness Program

Starting a fitness program has a few good benefits like, it helps you lose weight, you get better sleep, and it lowers your risk for chronic diseases. Also, it gives you an overall great feeling of wellness.

Define Your Goals

After you have been given the OK from your Doctor, next you need to define your goals. You need to set two different kinds of goals, short-term and long term. An idea for a long-term goal would be, for a running program, six months or a year from now you would run a marathon. A marathon is 26.2 miles. A short-term goal, for running, would be two or three months from now to run a 5k. When you have completed the goals reward yourself (make it a non-food reward.) You earned it!

Getting Started of Your Fitness Program

Now the time has come to pick your program and get it started. There are numerous ways to gain fitness. You can choose running, swimming, cycling, cardio training or any number of fun activities.

In addition, there is strength training which involves weight lifting. Don’t overdo it though. Listen to our body. If you feel pain or feel like you’re going to puke your guts out, you need to stop. That is a sign that you’re overdoing it. Overworking puts you at risk of burnout and injury.

A Few More Fitness Tips

· Be sure to stretch before and after workouts

· Get proper rest

· Take days off to rest

· Write everything down and chart your progress. It’s very motivating to see your progress.

· Stay motivated and rest when you need to.

· Eat good foods

Keep these tips in mind and you will do well on your program. Good luck!
